J'ai loué la suite 03 pendant un mois complet pour une mission de conseil longue durée. Franchement, c'est la meilleure décision que j'aie prise. Bureau fermé, silence total, mobilier en chêne qui donne envie de s'installer — et à midi je file nager, je reviens sous la douche, et j'enchaîne l'après-midi avec l'esprit complètement reposé. Rien à voir avec n'importe quel espace de coworking. Je reviens dès septembre.
Un mois dans la suite 02, vue sur le clocher de l'église et la mer au fond — je n'avais jamais autant produit en si peu de temps. Le lieu est pensé dans les moindres détails : les rangements intégrés, la lumière naturelle, l'espace lounge pour souffler entre deux rendez-vous. Mes clients qui venaient me voir sur place étaient systématiquement bluffés par l'endroit. Le tout-inclus sans mauvaise surprise, c'est vraiment appréciable.
Je cherchais un bureau privatif sur Larmor depuis longtemps — ce n'est pas ce qui court dans le coin. Un mois de location pour tester avant de m'engager plus longtemps : je signe pour six mois supplémentaires. L'adresse est idéale pour recevoir des clients, le cadre inspire confiance. Et franchement, la qualité des finitions — le parquet, les menuiseries, la salle d'eau — c'est un niveau hôtelier. Rien à redire.
